Hello again! I hope you are all healthy and doing fine.I will welcome you with a different kind of thing today.I prepared a vidcast for you.Vidcast is a platform that combines our podcast with visuality.We can understand it from the name video+podcast (from our etymology lesson I inferred that here we have a blending) It is simply like a video you record with your phones;but what makes it so special for us is that it's usage for the new learnings.You can develop yourself in various topics only by watching these amazing vidcasts.I prepared one for you.It was my first trial.It is about simple past tense.I tried to make it with a very basic speech.I hope you like it.Edit by  vimeo:)

I hope you are all healthy and you are all indoors, doing fine.While we are quarantined in our homes because of the COVID-19 I want to share a new platform with you.Actually what I want to show is not the app but the content of it.It is a PODCAST.Actually I want to say about how it works.By using some apps of the podcast you record your voice.It is not a typical viice record but podcasts are designed much more for new learnings.I prepared a podcast which is a very enjoyable one.My podcast is about the present continous tense.I tried to tell it with very basic speech.I hope you like it.Edit by anchor:)

EDX completed course and Online Course Apps suggestions

Hi friends !.. In these days because of the corona virus we are at our homes.I am so bored with that situation.I am evaluating my time by taking some online courses from websites.I want to share some of them with you.The first one is edX.There are many online courses which are free.There are many different topics at this platform.I took a lesson called as Agile Leadership Principles.I successfully completed it.

It does not only include subtitles or texts it also includes videos of the lesson.This makes the lesson much more attractive and enjoyable.

These are the platforms that I benefit from.(I must say that udemy is a little bit expensive:)) I hope they will take your attention and help you to evaluate your time much more  better at these days...

My Gistory Trial

 Hello all ! I am back.Today I will make you experience an amazing thing that surely you do not see before.Actually, you can guess what I will do thanks to the previous post of me:) Let's start preparing a gistory.The gistory app has interactive stories that allow the learners to get the topic but it also allows you to prepare a gistory on your own.At the top of the page you see a part saying "Add a gistory" click on it and start !

First of all, you should have a text in your mind.It is required that you type the title of your story and then the gistory text.When you finish typing your text as a next step you will be asked for adding some questions about the story including multiple choices and true false questions.Surely, you will also add the answers of these questions. 

Then you will be asked for adding a cover image representing the story.It is also included in required category.It is better to add an relatable and enjoying picture to take the attention of the learners.You can use colorful pictures in this stage.After adding the picture and chunks or if you want some video links will become a gistory editor.

You will see this kind of thing on your screen.It means you prepared a gistory for learners.What a great thing, isn't it ? I also congratulate you on you performance.Let me show you how my gistory looks like before finishing.

Gistory App Review

Hi guys!What a nice day isn't it ? I have said you that i will welcome you with a great app in my previous post and surely I kept my promise.Today our matter is an app called as Gistory.You can call it as a kind of app aiming to teach English language but I must warn you that it is so different from the apps you have seen so far.First of all it is not a classical, or an ordinary app.It looks language teaching from a different perspective.In ordinary apps, there are controlled and limited answers determined before and these apps require you to give the answers they want;but in Gistory that is not the case.Let me tell you.For example, now the app has the present continuous tense activity. In the upper side of the page you see a photograph that gives you knowledge about the action and you try to choose the correct answer not by memorization but by practice.

App does not include only pictures.It also has audios helping you to grab the topic.

The app is not limited with that.Imagine a story.It does not differ that you know the story well or not.The Gistory app has a story firstly.You know that a story includes a plot surely.In this app some of the actions in the plot are missing and the learners try to choose the one fitting best to the story.

If the answer of the student is not the same answer as the plot has then app creates a new story according to your answers.Surely it is not only an interactive story practicing app.With this app you can learn the grammatical rules,tenses and so many things of English in a different perspective not by memorization but by real life experiences which will make your learning more permanent.I know this is so abstract for you now but in the next post I will share a gistory trial edit by me.So you will be crazy about this app:) See you later!
